WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Since we are custom made to order, once your order is placed, processing can take up to 7 business days during the holidays, but typically takes 3-5 business days.

We ship from here in the U.S with standard shipping 3-6 business days

Please note, our Christmas made to order deadline was December 10th. If you ordered after December 10th, your order will likely not arrive by Christmas.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
FREE over $75! (Standard shipping is $3.99)

Standard takes about 3-5 business days (this does not include processing time), and we send tracking information to you so you can follow your order right to your door.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON?
Our system only allows for you to use one coupon at a time.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We are so sorry! We replace all damaged items within 30days of purchase. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you!

MY PACKAGE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL
We are so sorry! The USPS is typically pretty good, but sometimes mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived, please wait 48 hours, usually packages arrive. You can also call your local post office (not the 800 number) and they will be able to help you track it.

If your packages is lost in the mail for 10 days, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.

We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because all of our items are custom made to order, we only allow cancellations up to 5 hours after your order is placed. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.

Cancellations must be requested within 5 hours of your order.
